Processing and Shipping

Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding Holidays). Orders processed on the weekend or a holiday will be processed on the next business day.

Please allow business days for processing.

All items are custom and made to order, please allow three to four weeks (excluding the weekends and holidays) from the date placed for your necklace to process and be shipped to you. Please be sure not to count weekends and holidays.

Tracking numbers will be sent out once your order is shipped.
